Sarah O’Halloran is an artist in residence at George Washington University in Washington D.C. She is also a doctoral candidate in Composition and Computer Technology at the University of Virginia.

Emma O’Halloran is an Irish composer who writes for acoustic and electronic instruments.

An Irish composer is defined as anyone who was born or is permanently resident in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
