Born in Dublin in 1970, Siobhán Cleary studied music at NUI Maynooth, Queen’s University Belfast and Trinity College Dublin.

Angel Climent was born in Spain and began his musical studies as a chorister. At the age of nine he entered the Valencia Conservatoire to study piano and remained as a student there until 1961.

Ricardo Climent is Professor of Interactive Music Composition at University of Manchester, UK, where he serves as director of the NOVARS Research Centre and as head of Composition.

Rhoda Coghill was born in Dublin. She began her musical studies as a pianist, studying with Patricia Read in the Leinster School of Music before continuing with Arthur Schnabel in Berlin.

Composer Robert Coleman is currently a PhD student at the Sonic Arts Research Centre, Belfast focusing on Ecological Sound Art.

Paul Collins was born in Dublin. He studied organ and harpsichord at the College of Music in Dublin and gained a degree in music and Irish from Trinity College Dublin.

Bernadette Comac is a digital composer/artist living in Northern Ireland. She studied music at Queens University Belfast and undertook a Masters in Computer music.

Murrough Connolly is a composer and guitarist from Tralee, Co Kerry.

Born in 1987, David Coonan is an Irish composer.

Frank Corcoran was born in Tipperary and studied in Dublin, Maynooth, Rome and Berlin (with Boris Blacher). He was the first Irish composer to have his ‘Symphony No.

An Irish composer is defined as anyone who was born or is permanently resident in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
