IndieCork: REACTION

17 December 2023 17:00

The Pavilion

Sound and music have brought rich dimensions to film for over a century. In this event IndieCork invited several of Ireland’s foremost contemporary musicians and composers to respond to a diversity of silent short films. Composers are free to ‘react’ however they choose, from free improvisation to soundtrack composition.

This event has been supported by the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland, which represents many of the participants in this project. Films curated by Peter Zemek.

As part of Indie Cork festival (https://indiecork.com/)
