‘Still Life in Green and Red’ is a work by Ian Wilson for string quartet and soundtrack composed in 2011 as part of Mayo County Council's Landmark Public Art programme. The work is performed by the ConTempo String Quartet and the recorded soundtrack, which was realised by Stephen McCourt, is made from interviews which Wilson recorded as part of the residency in Mayo.

In this song cycle the texts are actual segments of conversations with patients during Ian Wilson’s residency at the Stroke Unit of the Adelaide and Meath Hospital in Tallaght. Each song by Wilson segues into a song sung by Doris Day, the latter always reflecting on the former in ways which can be by turns poignant and witty.
