Ultima Rerum, a requiem cantata for soloists, choirs and symphony orchestra, was written by Gerard Victory between 1975 and 1981. This 95-minute work is performed by Virginia Kerr (soprano), Bernadette Greevy (mezzo-soprano), Adrian Thompson (tenor), Alan Opie (baritone), with the RTÉ Philharmonic Choir and Cór na nÓg, the National Chamber Choir, and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, conductor Colman Pearce.
