Clonmel Junction Arts Festival: Fidelio Trio 'Reflections Revisited'

For the CJAF opening event, world-renowned Fidelio Trio celebrate and perform iconic pieces by Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin including (Must be More) Crispy! (Ó Súilleabháin, Mercier) in this special arrangement by Mícheál for Fidelio Trio; Oíche Nollag; and Fidelio Unsung (commissioned by Fidelio Trio).
Darragh Morgan (violin) worked closely with Mícheál for many years and this programme brings together the music of Carolan, one of Mícheál's key inspirations with Mícheál's own works for piano trio and solo piano, and the music of Irene and Linda Buckley who continue his legacy.
Fidelio Trio are Darragh Morgan (violin), Tim Gill (cello) and Mary Dullea (piano). For this specially curated concert, they are joined by Sarah Allen (flute) founder member of the group Flook, Cian O Dúill (viola) and Keith Pascoe (violin).
