Luminosa String Orchestra presents Éirí: Aistear, featuring John Kinsella's "Nocturne" and "Meltwater" by Deirdre McKay

Performed by Galway's Luminosa String Orchestra led by Paul Ezergailis and conducted by Sinéad Hayes.

Luminosa's Aistear brings audiences on a musical odyssey, contemplating the centenary of the publication of Joyce’s Odyssey, and how our personal journeys are our own masterpieces. Programme includes the late John Kinsella's Nocturne for strings which was premiered at St Nicholas Collegiate Church in 1994.
