Choral Sketches 2024/25 Final Performance Reading

Throughout 2024/25, composers Bianca Gannon, Laura Heneghan, and Caterina Schembri have worked with mentor Rhona Clarke and the singers of Chamber Choir Ireland to develop new musical ideas as part of Choral Sketches.

In the culmination of this year-long creative process, Chamber Choir Ireland and Guest Director Nils Schweckendiek (Helsinki Chamber Choir) will perform the final read-through of their newly-finished works.

Choral Sketches is a professional development programme delivered by Chamber Choir Ireland and the Contemporary Music Centre, which gives professional composers the opportunity to bring their own unique compositional styles to choral music.
