With composers featured from all corners of the country, each highly-atmospheric piece shines a spotlight on our environment, history, mythology, language, and creative processes. We intertwine instrumental reflections and inspired environmental sound worlds. This programme is a journey from some of Ireland’s most established composers at the forefront of new music such as Jane O’Leary and Elaine Agnew, alongside exciting emerging composers quickly making their mark on the future of Irish classical music.
