This programme features two newly commissioned works from Irish composer Frank Corcoran - one commissioned by Hard Rain for their new 2021/22 season, and the other commissioned by New Music Dublin. The programme also includes Corcoran’s Nine Looks at Pierrot, a work that features on Hard Rain's recent album release.
Sandwiched between this celebration of Corcoran’s music are two works previously commissioned by the ensemble; from HardRain's 2020/21 commissioning season, Rhona Clarke’s Non-Stop, while Elaine Agnew’s Green is one of this season's newly commissioned works.
