Emma Coulthard, Flute/Electronics/Voice
An exploration of the extraordinary diverse approach to flute writing by leading composers from Ireland, in particular featuring works that extend the voice of the flute, by using electronics, sliding head joint, microtones or the voice itself.
Three new works from Composers Paul Hayes, Grainne Mulvey and Anna Murray, as well as established pieces by Benjamin Dwyer, John Buckley, Michael Holohan, Fergus Johnston and John McLachlan.
