Uneven Score is Phase II of this research project; Phase I was achieved by Dr Ciara L. Murphy, resulting in the Scoping the Project Report, published in March 2020. This report considered the feasibility of the project, while also establishing an authoritative list of funding and commissioning organisations that offer specific composer funded opportunities, and determining the availability of relevant records for the project.
CMC and STF thank both researchers for their commitment to the project. We also sincerely thank members of the Project’s Advisory Board for generously sharing their expertise, guidance, and sound editorial judgements, and the supporting organisations, institutions and funding bodies who have cooperated in providing their data.
