Presented by the Association of Irish Composers in association with @The Drawing Room, the concert takes place at the Drawing Room, 12 Henrietta Street, Dublin on 31 May at 4.30pm.

Harpist and composer Anne-Marie O’Farrell will perform a recital featuring music for pedal harp and the Irish harp from the last 50 years by a range of Irish composers, including John Kinsella, James Wilson, Brian Boydell, Mary Kelly, Frank Corcoran, Gráinne Mulvey, and David Bremner.

Also included is a new work by O’Farrell, Chromatétude which creates 12-note textures on the harp while also giving a nod to much older music heard at the Belfast 1792 harp festival.

A walking tour exploring the history and buildings of North West Dublin by Arran Henderson proceeds the recital, and begins at Cows Lane at 1.55pm.

Tickets cost €15 for the concert and €30 for the concert and walking tour. Further information from composers.ie.
