Concorde's February 'Up Close With Music' concert features music by Emma O'Halloran, Jane O'Leary and Dave Flynn
The second event in Concorde's 2013 Up Close With Music series at the RHA Gallery will feature new works by Irish composers Jane O'Leary, Emma O'Halloran and Dave Flynn, alongside composers from Estonia, Finland, Australia and Greece.

This new work will be accompanied by photographic images from the Annaghmakerrig woods prepared by artist Marie Hanlon. Dave Flynn's Concorde-commissioned work, Quirk No. 7, from 2011 is also included in the programme, as is Emma O'Halloran's piece written for Paul Roe, Charm and Strange, and the Irish premiere of Greek composer Christos Farmakis' AccordeOn-AccordeOFF, selected from an international call for scores.
