CAMPGround26 Call for Works and Installation Proposals

Deadline: 31 October 2025 23:45

A hub for new music and collaboration, the Contemporary Art Music Project (CAMP) invites submissions of acoustic and electroacoustic works, as well as installation proposals, for its fifth international new music festival, CAMPGround26, taking place March 5–7, 2026, in Tampa, FL. The three-day festival will showcase 20–25 compositions and world premieres, embracing all styles, performance media, and aesthetics. In collaboration with the Iranian Female Composers Association (IFCA), CAMPGround26 will feature new monodramas by IFCA composers Mojan Alaiyeh, Negar Soleymanifar, and Parastoo Shafiei. The festival’s final concert will unveil CAMP’s special house installation project, A Little House Music, which challenges conventional notions of music and expands the boundaries of imagination. This call is open to all composers, irrespective of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, or any other form of identity. Composers from historically underrepresented or marginalized groups are particularly encouraged to submit their work. CAMP offers free housing during the festival for selected student composers currently enrolled in high school, undergraduate, or graduate programs.
