Cork County Council : Call Out for Creating Connections

Creating Connections is an initiative of Cork County Council’s Creative Ireland programme. County Cork Council seeks to contract an Artist or Arts Group in any arts discipline with experience in Collaborative/ Socially Engaged / Community practice to work with one or more communities in County Cork on a creative project. This will be a 12 month socially engaged programme which will develop opportunities to work collaboratively with one or more communities of place or cultural or ethnic heritage in County Cork in a co-creative process that supports research, workshops, conversations, events and activities. The applicant is required to propose a specific community or target group they wish to work with. This grouping must be located in the Cork County administrative area. The application should include details of the proposed group or community, an outline of how a programme of engagement will be developed, the location(s) in which the work will take place and a summary of intended outcomes.
