GIAF 2022: 'Travelling' a live multimedia performance by cellist Adrian Mantu and visual artist Mihai Cucu, featuring a work by Jane O'Leary

Travelling is a live multimedia performance that transports the audience on a visual and aural journey with a live cellist interacting with pre–recorded musicians and dancer on screen showcasing the work of renowned cellist Adrian Mantu, [ConTempo Quartet] and visual artist Mihai Cucu. The programme features the cello octet, Distant Voices, by composer Jane O'Leary, performed by Adrian Mantu with video created by Mihai Cucu.

The programme also includes Arvo Part’s Spiegel im Spiegel; Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody; Bach’s Prelude from Suite in G; U2’s With or Without You, Lucio Franco Amanti’s Jazz Suite, and a work by Philip Glass amongst others.
