The Fidelio Trio premiere new works by Amanda Feery and Emma O’Halloran in Princeton

fidelio0205PPresented by Princeton Sound Kitchen, the concert on 18 November will feature new works by Irish composers Amanda Feery and Emma O’Halloran, who are both currently studying composition at Princeton University. Also featured are works by fellow Princeton composers Quinn Collins, Ninfea Cruttwell-Reade, and Jason Treuting.

The Fidelio Trio perform the concert at Princeton University as part of a US tour, which sees them perform programmes by contemporary composers in several cities including Washington, New York, Philadelphia, and Boston. Among the works programmed is Donnacha Dennehy’s Blurb, a work written for the trio and performed many times by them.
