The second in the 2013 RTÉ NSO Horizons series focusses on the work of composer Jonathan Nangle. The programme includes the premiere of Nangle's Damaging my calm, as well as Then Falls Thy Shadow, RTÉ commission Now is the night come quietly, and a generative sound installation, Trip the Light Fantastic.

Trinity's Music Composition Centre's series of weekly talks continues with British composer Christopher Fox on representation and embodiment in opera and musical theatre.

Irish composer Daniel Figgis, known for his large-scale site-specific works, presents a three-day interactive installation in City Hall in Dublin, in which the visiting audience members will help to create and shape the piece.
