Trinity College and the Royal Irish Academy of Music will host a unique event on Thursday March 31st at 19.15 in the RIAM Westland Row (Dart to Pearse Street Station).
Pianist Elan Sicroff will introduce and perform the music of Thomas de Hartmann. This is part of a project undertaken by the Californian-based Julliard graduate, which involves bringing the extraordinary music of de Hartmann (1885 - 1956) to the attention of the world. The story of de Hartmann's music is fascinating and involves a young promising musician from Eastern Europe and an adventure spanning two World Wars. This performance features a number of Irish premieres of Hartmann's works.
