‘There will be Peace’, a choral concert featuring new works by Irish composers takes place in Dublin and Cork
Featuring newly-formed Dublin choir Laetare Vocal Ensemble (conductor Róisín Blunnie) and award-winning Cork choir Voci Nuove (conductor Lynsey Callaghan), the concert explores the themes of conflict, love and loss in a programme that responds to war and adversity in different ways.

Also featured is Rhona Clarke’s Do Not Stand at my Grave, and pieces by David Mooney and Greg Scanlon.
Both concerts takes place at 8pm at Unitarian Church, Stephen’s Green, Dublin on 28 November, and Cork Vision Centre, North Main St, Cork on 29 November. Tickets cost €10/5 and will be available from the door.
