The Mornington Singers are holding a workshop of new Irish choral works on 18 October

SONY DSCThe workshop takes place at the Church of St. George & St. Thomas, Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin on Saturday, 18 October from 2–5pm and will include readings of 8 new works by Irish composers.

Open to the public for an entry charge of €5, the composers included in the workshop are Daniel Barkley, Frank Corcoran, Eoghan Desmond, Liam Friel, Brian Ingoldsby, Fergus Johnson, David Monks, and Dermot Walsh.

Most of the composers will be in attendance to direct and discuss their work.
