CMC Opening Hours December 2020

CMC is delighted to welcome library users back to its Library and Archive on a limited basis from Wednesday 9th December, in line with current government guidelines for the opening of libraries.

Keeping library users safe is our first priority, so there will be some changes in how users access and use CMC Library & Archive services.

Appointments must be made in advance by contacting CMC Library Coordinator Susan sbrodigan@cmc.ie. The maximum duration of an appointment is three hours. These time slots are 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, to facilitate cleaning and ventilation in between each session.

Social distancing of two metres will be maintained in public spaces and the library. Under current government guidelines, all library users must wear a face covering.

All visitors will be asked to fill in a form for contact tracking purposes, in advance of their visit. In line with GDPR, these details will be deleted after two weeks. Please follow current public health advice, and please do not visit CMC Library if you are feeling unwell.

CMC’s staff also remain available to respond to queries via email, and library services continue to be provided online.
