Ergodos present a performance of Bach’s Partita in d minor alongside newly composed works by Irish composers

The concert, which takes place on 16 January in the Little Museum of Dublin’s gallery space, presents Bach’s landmark second partita performed by Irish violinist Ioana Petcu-Colan along with four short commissioned interludes from Irish composers Simon O’Connor, Andrew Hamilton, Benedict Schlepper-Connolly and Garrett Sholdice. Each interlude will be presented between two of the Partita’s five movements.

The performance takes place at 8pm and will be preceded at 7pm by a wine reception and tour of the museum. The performance will be introduced by Bernard Clarke of RTÉ lyric fm’s Nova.
