New music group ELISION will perform in Dublin and Cork this month
The leading Australian new music group visits Ireland with a programme of "virtuosic, complex, unusual and challenging aesthetics".
The concerts take place in the Kevin Barry Room at the National Concert Hall at 7.30pm on 12 February and on 15 February at 1pm at the Aula Maxima, University College Cork.
Both concerts feature works by Ann Cleare alongside works by Richard Barrett, Timothy McCormack, Luke Paulding, Liza Lim and Franco Donatoni.
ELISION will also take part in a presentation of works by Ann Cleare at the Ó Riada Hall, department of music, Sunday’s Well, Cork on 14 February from 11am until 1pm.
