Meet the Composer: Sinéad Finegan

We profile some of the composers who have been accepted for CMC representation over the last year.

Sinéad Finegan completed an M. Phil in Music and Media Technology from Trinity College, Dublin in 2011. She has a special interest in combining musical composition with other art forms. Her music has been performed at the Dublin Fringe Festival, the Hilltown New Music Festival and the Béal Festival of Music and Poetry.

Her work Tangible Strains (2012) for voice and chamber ensemble was premiered by Elizabeth Hilliard (voice), Ciaran Crilly (va), Lioba Petrie (vc) and Dan Bodwell (db) at Hilltown New Music Festival on 20 July 2012.
