As part of Ireland’s National Music Day on 21 June, Love: Live Music, CMC has partnered with the Crash Ensemble for a live performance in the Traffic Control Unit of Dublin City Council on Wood Quay. Staff will swap the stress of roadworks and traffic jams for the thrill of live music as Crash Ensemble members, Cliodhna Ryan (violin) and Kate Ellis (cello)  present an intimate concert of works by Irish composers, Enda Bates and Benedict Schlepper Connolly, and Judith Ring.

The performance will take place between 8.30am and 9am. Morning commuters across the city will also get the chance to hear these works through a live broadcast on Dublin City fm (103.2 fm) during the Live Drive programme.

This is a workplace event and is only open to staff and invited guests at DCC's Traffic Control Centre.

PROGRAMME

Benedict Schlepper-Connolly - Star (arranged for Crash Ensemble 2012)
Enda Bates - Duo and Tape (2011)
Judith Ring - Up to my f-holes (2008)
