TCD Music and Media Technologies end of year show - 3-4 May

The final year students of the MPhil Music and Media Technologies course at Trinity College Dublin will present the annual grad show and exhibition on 4th May at the Samuel Beckett Theatre in TCD.

The Music and Media Technologies course is a music-based creative Masters which aims to explore the areas where arts and technologies meet, through composition, installation art and technical projects. The annual grad show is a showcase of the work done by those students as part of their Masters projects, and incorporates a staged concert at the theatre as well as an exhibition at the nearby studios.

This year’s concert is called We Have Two Ears, and features audio and visual works that span the full expressive gamut from experimental to traditional music and art. All the works in the concert and show explore aspects of performance and gesture, challenging our perception of sound and image by extending how we experience them in both concert and interactive contexts.

We Have Two Ears exhibition exhibition takes place in the Samuel Beckett Theatre Foyer and studio, opening on 3 May until the 4th. The concert will take place at the Theatre at 7.30pm on 4th May, and admission costs €14/€12 conc.
