Dēmos - films of separation and togetherness – Liz Roche Company / David Coonan

Filmed on the Abbey stage, this suite of short films commissioned by DDF and the Abbey Theatre is part of a new collaborative project between choreographer Liz Roche and composer David Coonan. It brings together a superb cast of Liz Roche Company dancers and Crash Ensemble musicians and is made in collaboration with filmmaker José Miguel Jiménez.   

Bringing together dancers and musicians, it poses urgent questions of how to feel together in a time when togetherness feels fractured.
