Mezzo-soprano Bríd Ní Ghruagáin received her M. Mus (Perf) from TU Dublin Conservatory of Music and Drama. She has sung with English National Opera, Irish National Opera and the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra. Bríd works as a voice director and diction coach in the Irish language for classical singers, having devised an IPA for Irish as part of her postgraduate studies. She was the language advisor on the Irish Art Song Project  / In this Irish-medium research seminar, Bríd describes her work on an IPA, comparing and contrasting with other European languages. She will sing some passages to illustrate her work.
