Anne-Marie O'Farrell work premiered at Christ Church Cathedral

DIT Lecturer Anne-Marie O'Farrell has been commissioned to write a piece by Christchurch Cathedral Choir celebrating the Feast of St Brigid, which will be performed in the Cathedral on Thursday 1 February.

The piece, ‘SBeannaithe Thú, a Bhríd (Brigid, O Holy One), describes the life of St Brigid and will be performed by the Christ Church Cathedral Choir on St Brigid's Day as part of their bi-lingual service of Choral Evensong, said and sung in the Irish and English languages.
