Crash Ensemble at Iceland Airwaves 2016

Crash Ensemble head north to Iceland this November to collaborate with Bedroom Community on three performances, including two for the Iceland Airwaves Festival.
Bedroom Community is an Icelandic record label/collective formed in 2006 by Valgeir Sigurðsson, with Nico Muhly and Ben Frost. Crash Ensemble will release their next album on the label in spring 2017.

Crash come together with the full roster of Bedroom Community artists for the 10th birthday celebrations of the label at the iconic Harpa Concert Hall with performances by Valgeir Sigurðsson, Daníel Bjarnason, Nadia Sirota, Jodie Landau, Liam Byrne, Sæeunn Þorsteinsdóttir, Sam Amidon and Nico Muhly, with Crash Ensemble and the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra.

Iceland Airwaves is an annual music festival held in Reykjavík, Iceland in early November. The festival spans five days and its main focus is showcasing new music, both Icelandic and international.
