Music & Musings: Ed Bennett

Join ConTempo Quartet for a series of candlelit concerts, in association with the Contemporary Music Centre, featuring new music and conversations with composers and performers, and audience engagement, in the Black Gate Cultural Centre.

 

ConTempo Quartet perform the world premiere of a new work by Irish composer Ed Bennett. This piece was co-commissioned by GMR and the Galway City Council as part of a three-year commissioning initiative.

 

This performance will be interspersed with conversations with composers and performers and lively engagement with the audience, chaired by Linda O’Shea Farren of the Contemporary Music Centre.
