Irish Chamber Orchestra
Irish Chamber Orchestra offers a series of chamber works in the afternoon with this delightful programme featuring Elgar’s masterpiece – the Introduction and Allegro – and Britten’s Variations, the work that brought him international fame. These iconic twentieth-century works are complemented by David Fennessy’s Hirta Rounds, an ethereal piece by one of Ireland’s most accomplished composers.
