Moving on Music presents Night Music- a series of three chamber concerts in three incredible venues preceded by engaging pre-concert talks with performers and composers, supported by the Contemporary Music Centre.

CMC New Music Voices pre-concert talk 8.15pm, Performance 9pm

Night Music is a series of three incredible chamber concerts in three beautiful venues organised by Moving on Music and the Contemporary Music Centre, involving top Irish musicians.  The series features chamber music presented in an informal setting.

The series takes place on the first Wednesday of each month and runs from February until April. The first concert features the reknowned ConTempo string quartet one of the most exciting and vibrant chamber ensembles performing today.

As part of the series, the Contemporary Music Centre hosts CMC New Music Voices, a short pre-concert panel discussion with both performers and composers before each event. This discussion, chaired by CMC Director, Evonne Ferguson, offers a unique opportunity to hear from the creators and performers of the music on the programme.

PROGRAMME

CMC New Music Voices pre concert talk will be hosted by Evonne Ferguson, CMC Director, with members of the ConTempo quartet and composer David Fennessy on the panel.
