Temple Bar Opens Up! - Cultural Open Day

Compose your own Musical Christmas Card in the Contemporary Music Centre as part of Temple Bar Opens Up!

Temple Bar Opens Up! Is an open day of around the clock cultural activity in Temple Bar. Forty-three Temple Bar based cultural organizations are throwing open their doors to the public free of charge with many special events also planned.

As part of the festivities the Contemporary Music Centre is offering the chance to compose and print out your own musical Christmas card using the Centre's special music technology facilities. All are welcome from 3.00pm - 8.00pm on 11 December at no.19 Fishamble Street in the Old City area of Temple Bar.

Grainne Millar, Programming Manager of Temple Bar Properties, said, "Temple Bar Opens Up! is a great opportunity for people of all ages to come into Temple Bar at any time of day or night and experience the diversity of arts and cultural activity on offer right throughout the year".

A number of trails are planned which will lead visitors through the streets of Temple Bar; the Culture Vulture Trail, the Art in the Dark Trail and the Christmas Goodies Trail.
