Three new mini-operas by Ailís Ní Ríain are performed in Manchester this month.

The three works, The People with Complicated Shoes, We Know We Got Soul, and Are Friends Electric? are performed by Sawn-off Opera in the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, on 16 October. They will be repeated as part of the RNCM North West New Music Festival, Manchester, from 24-26 November.
