Queen's Student Composers

A concert of music by Queen’s University staff and students takes place in Belfast on 1 April.

Hosted by Queen's Music Society, it includes Piers Hellawell’s Tidy Your Room for piano and string trio as well as works by undergraduate and postgraduate student composers Matthew Whiteside (Quartet No. 1 for string quartet), Daniel Barkley (The Children's Hour for string quintet), Omar Zatriqi (Pavarësi for strings), Eduard Zatriqi (Pavjetërueshme for piano duet), Anthony Devenney (Conics 3 for guitar) and Joel Cathcart (quill for clarinet, oboe and cello.

The concert takes place in the Harty Room, School of Music, Queen's University Belfast,on Wednesday 1 April at 7.30pm.
