Music Network Professional Development

Making Overtures: How to Progress your Performance Career is a professional development programme run by Music Network.

The five-day intensive course, to be held from 13-17 July 2009 in University College Dublin, is aimed at Irish and Ireland-based professional performing musicians and composers working in all musical genres. The programme focuses on the non-artistic elements of a successful music career, particularly self-promotion and self-management.

It will be delivered by experienced Irish and international professionals working in a wide range of relevant fields including media, marketing, programming, promotion, finance and taxation.
