Blue Bulb Media

Blue Bulb Media provides a new platform for emerging creative artists in Ireland.

Founded in 2009, Blue Bulb is directed and curated by composers/performers Frances Marshall, Sinéad Meaney and Emma O'Halloran. It is dedicated to providing a platform for emerging artists in the fields of performance, composition and art.

Their first initiative is a series of six concerts in St Ann's Church, Dawson St in Dublin which take place on 6, 7, 8 and 13 November 2009.

Performers include Aylish Kerrigan, Fiachra Garvey, Annette Cleary with Svetlana Rudenko, Gabriela Istoc with John Finucane, John Feeley, and others. Works to be performed include Seóirse Bodley, John Buckley, Aloys Fleischmann, Jane O'Leary, Michael McGlynn and other Irish composers.

Each concert features an Irish art exhibition and each artist will be present to discuss their pieces.

Tickets are available online at €15-20 (€10-15) or season ticket €50.
