         
Peters Edition Acquires Piers Hellawell Catalogue
Publishing house Peters Edition Ltd has acquired the international sales rights for works by Piers Hellawell. The acquisition results from the purchase by Peters, which has a history dating back to 1800, of the Maecenas Elite Catalogue of Publications, which has been Piers Hellawell’s publisher for the past 17 years. Hellawell, currently Professor of Composition at Queen’s University, Belfast, is one of a number of composers whose music will now be handled by Peters through its offices in London, Leipzig, Frankfurt and New York.
