Stephen Gardner and the Ulster Orchestra

Stephen Gardner
Stephen Gardner

The Ulster Orchestra performs works by Irish composers on 1 August as part of their Invitation Concerts series.

Together with works by well-known Irish composers such as Hamilton Harty, A. J. Potter, Howard Ferguson, and Charles Stanford, the concert will mark the premiere of a new piece by Stephen Gardner written especially for the Ulster Orchestra.

With soloists Hugh Tinney (piano) and Chris Blake (oboe), the concert is conducted by Celso Antunes and takes place at the Whitla Hall in Belfast. It is sold out due to high demand.
