First performances of new Irish music to feature in Ensemble Scratch the Surface's three-date November tour.

Combining music, choreography and video art, the Dublin-based Ensemble Scratch The Surface will perform newly commissioned works by Benedict Schlepper-Connolly and the Anglo-German composer Claudia Molitor alongside Linda Buckley's Nikuda and Donnacha Dennehy's Glamour Sleeper and works by Steve Reich and Roderick de Man, in a Music Network Touring- and Arts Council Performance Awards-funded three-concert tour in November.

The tour begins at the Tech Amergin Community Arts & Education Centre in Waterville, County Kerry on Wednesday 12 November before moving to the Mermaid Arts Centre in Bray, County Wicklow on Friday 14 November, both concerts starting at 8pm. The final performance takes place on Sunday 16 November in Dublin's Hugh Lane Gallery, beginning at noon.
