Crash Ensemble Ticket Competition

There was a phenomenal response to the competition to win tickets to the Crash Ensemble gig on Tuesday 10 May and all ten tickets have been won.

The question was: On Tuesday at Vicar Street, Crash Ensemble will premiere a new piece specially written for the group by the leading American composer, David Lang. In 1987, David Lang founded Bang On A Can along with two other composers. Who are they?

The correct answer to the question was Michael Gordon and Julia Wolfe, and the first ten people to send us the correct answer were: John McLachlan, Fergus Johnston, Amanda Feery, Eadaoin Walsh, Johanne Heraty, John McNamara, Artur Versiani, Shane McKenna, Jane Cassidy and David Coonan.

The concert, Crash Originals, takes place in Vicar Street on Tuesday 10 June 2008 at 8pm. For more details and to book tickets please see www.crashensemble.com or www.ticketmaster.ie.
