Composers Take Part in Sibelius Workshop

Three composers took part in a Sibelius music software workshop organised by the Contemporary Music Centre.

Roger Doyle, Elaine Agnew and Caitríona Ní Dhubhghaill attended the workshop, which was run by Donal Rafferty in CMC’s library on 1 September. The workshop was tailored to the needs of the individual composers taking part and covered such topics as inputting music directly, formatting scores with performance directions and the presentation of parts.

Caitríona Ní Dhubhghaill said, ‘the workshop was very useful for me and answered a lot of specific questions I had as well as providing handy tips!’
