Jane O'Leary Theatre Score to be Revived in Galway

Jane O'Leary
Jane O'Leary

Popular demand prompts the return of a critically acclaimed show featuring music by Jane O'Leary.

Two for Dinner for Two, the theatre piece devised by Dublin-based BDNC Theatre and Concorde contemporary music ensemble, with music specially composed by Jane O’Leary, is to receive two new performances in Galway before heading off to Wexford, Sofia in Bulgaria and the National Theatre Festival in Bucharest, Romania.

A witty domestic drama for two performers directed by Ciarán Taylor, the piece also includes live performances by vocalist and Concorde veteran Tina Verbeke and a newcomer to the ensemble, clarinettist Bernie Balfe.

Performances in the Town Hall Theatre, Galway take place on 22 and 23 October.
