The Irish Connection

The next concert in the Sundays @ Noon series features music by Irish composers.

William Dowdall and David Adams will present a programme of works for flute and piano with an Irish connection, including a Sonata by Jean Martinon, former conductor of the Radio Eireann Symphony Orchestra, and a work by Éamonn Ó Gallchobair, former Musical Director of the Abbey Theatre.

They will also perform Joseph Groocock's Canonic Variations and Hamilton Harty's In Ireland as well as music by Thomas Roseingrave and Ludwig Van Beethoven.

The concert takes place on Sunday March 11 in the Hugh Lane Gallery. See Calendar for details.
