Contemporary Irish Works in Cambridge

Works by Jane O'Leary and Ian Wilson receive their UK premieres this January.

British pianist Matthew Schellhorn will perform a mixed recital of new music and Schumann's famous Carnaval in a concert in the West Road Concert Hall, Cambridge, in January.

The programme includes the UK premieres of Verschwindend by Ian Wilson and From the crest of a green wave by Jane O'Leary as well as works by James MacMillan, Jeremy Thurlow and Hugh Wood.

The concert takes place on Monday 22 January and is preceded by a pre-concert talk with Jeremy Thurlow and Jane O'Leary. See Calendar for details.
