seminar logo

The Irish World Academy of Music and Dance presents a seminar on Music, Radio and Audience this week.

Entitled ‘Don’t touch that Dial!’, three experienced radio presenters/producers will address the issues facing programmers of non-mainstream radio in an increasingly competitive commercial environment.

Aodán Ó Dubhghaill (director of RTÉ lyric fm), Fiona Talkington (presenter of BBC Radio 3's cult world music programme 'Late Junction') and Philip King (director of Hummingbird Productions) will speak at the seminar, which will be chaired by Dr Eoin Deveraux, lecturer at the Sociology Department at the University of Limerick.

The seminar takes place on Wednesday 29 March at 2.30pm in the University of Limerick.
