Christmas in CMC

CMC was filled with the sound of choral music on 7 December 2006 as the Mornington Singers and conductor conductor Orla Flanagan performed a selection of traditional and popular carols alongside a number of carols written by Irish composers.

The choir performed a short 30 minute programme which was followed by seasonal refreshments in the CMC library. The event helped mark the end of a successful and busy year for CMC. The Irish works performed included Joseph Groocock's A hymne on the nativitie of my saviour; Declan Townsend's And all the stars looked down and Eric Sweeney's There is no Rose.

The Centre will close at 1.00pm on 22 December until 10.00am on 2 January. The CMC Board and Staff wish all our clients and web site visitors a happy and peaceful Christmas and prosperous New Year.
